NHS and Mt. Healthy High to split $1M grant

The Enquirer is reporting that Norwood High School will be splitting a $1 million grant with Mt. Healthy High School that a federal program called Upward Bound has awarded. Cincinnati State Technical & Community College will be administering the program over the next 4 years to help students from low-income families improve their grades and study skills in preparation for college.
