NSL Food Closet “Christmas in July” drives

Norwood Service League has been feeding the hungry for over 93 years with bags of food, bread lines during the Great Depression, a community food pantry in the 1960-70’s, and our NSL Food Closet today*.

We need your help with unemployment reported at 9.5% July 2, 2010. This figure doesn’t even include the millions of people who have given up trying to find jobs, or whose unemployment benefits expired bringing unemployment up to 16.5%. (Dept. of Labor)

Hunger is a year round need.
