Enquirer details road improvements, updates Linden Pointe

Today’s Enquirer uses a map to illustrate the primary changes that have been made thus far to the former five-way intersection near Montgomery, Norwood and Carthage Avenues. The first phase of the Linden Pointe development will be completed by the end of this month. Chris Dobozsi with Al Neyer, Inc., developer of the site, says there are still no tenants who have signed leases, but there has been “significant interest.”
