NPD nails and jails prolific thief

With the help of DNA, Detective Mike Huston was able to solve 15 cases of breaking and entering that started in December, 2009. William Goddard of Kenilworth Avenue was finally arrested this past Thursday and charged with multiple counts of breaking and entering in Cincinnati and Norwood, and more charged are anticipated. Lt. Tom Williams, Jr. tells us $10,000 worth of stolen property has been recovered so far.
