Norwood police arrest man for importuning NHS student

Approximately twenty minutes after a man allegedly propositioned a Norwood High School student on Allison St. as he walked to school, Norwood police located and arrested Michael Devirglio and charged him with felony importuning. The student immediately hurried to school and reported the incident to Principal Bradley Winterod. According to the Enquirer, DeVirgilio is being held at the Hamilton County jail. Let’s hope overcrowding doesn’t result in his release. Great job by the student, Mr. Winterod, and the NPD!
