What’s new in the 'wood?

After getting an email from Laura Hobbs about the brand new sign in front of the Norwood Delite Creamy Whip on Forest Ave., we decided to open our eyes a little bit to see what else is new around town. We saw a sign recently installed over the new auto parts store about to open in the renovated former Schott dealership on Montgomery Road, and then we thought we saw a sign on the Surrey Square marquee advertising an Indian restaurant. Is it true? Are we getting an Indian restaurant, or did our eyes deceive us? We also noticed a new boutique on Montgomery Road named “Heaven” something. What else good, bad, or indifferent is new to Norwood that we may have missed?
