Norwood man arrested for kidnapping Oakley infant

According to today's Enquirer, Norwood resident Roy Wilson is being held this morning at the Hamilton County jail on a kidnapping charge. Last night at 10:30 p.m., he allegedly deceived a babysitter to take a 15-month-old baby boy from a residence on Brotherton Drive in Oakley. The baby is safe and has been returned to his family. With overcrowding at the jail, will authorities make space to keep this alleged baby snatcher under lock and key or will they release him, perhaps, with one of Sheriff Leis’ 440 ankle bracelets?
