Enquirer: No driving except for emergencies

The Enquirer is reporting that law enforcement officials in Butler, Kenton and Hamilton Counties have declared Level III emergencies, which means motorists are not allowed on the snow-covered roads unless they have an emergency. The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning until 4 p.m. today.
