2 female professors file discrimination lawsuit against Xavier

Two weeks ago, an assistant professor and an associate professor in Xavier’s Communication Arts Department filed a lawsuit in the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court alleging gender-based discrimination. The Enquirer says the women are seeking $15 million for alleged discrimination against women, retaliation of assertion of rights and defamation. The university and several top ranking officials are named in their suit.
