Fifth Third bank robbery suspect arrested on Floral Ave. released

Kypost.com is reporting that the suspect arrested on Floral Avenue yesterday morning in connection with the Fifth Third Bank robbery (see blog immediately below) has been released. It turns out the 16-year-old was no bank robber; police said he was skipping school and hiding out in a backyard shed. Maybe it’s just us, but skipping school to hide out in a backyard shed on a cold day wouldn’t be our first choice. This kid certainly got a big jolt yesterday, but we’re left wondering about the performance of the Cincinnati K9 unit that reportedly tracked him to the Floral Ave. location.
