Ham. Co. Business Center expands into leasing office space

The Hamilton County Business Center at 1776 Mentor Ave. is now offering market rate office space to start up companies that have graduated from the center’s incubator program. So far, three companies are leasing space at HCBC’s 1775 Mentor Ave. building: Sheet Dynamics, MobileTEK Consulting, and Transmissions LLC. According to HCBC Director Patrick Longo, "All three have graduated from the incubator program in the last nine months, and this allows them to continue to be in an environment where they can have conversations with us. They're also giving back to our companies by being mentors. So we have plenty of plusses for everyone." Yes, and one of those plusses is a nice one for the City of Norwood.
