This article in the Cincinnati Business lists the new tenants Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate has announced for its four area open-air malls:

Love Culture, a trendy apparel chain, will open before the end of 2009.
Five Guys Burgers & Fries, a fast-casual chain known for fresh burgers, will open in early 2010.
David A. Millett, an interior designer, will open by the holidays.

Rookwood Pavilion
Nordstrom Rack, the outlet chain serving Nordstrom, is scheduled to open Nov. 20.
Carter’s, the baby and children’s store, will open in early 2010.

Deerfield Towne Center

Dognabit, a pet supply store, will open before the end of 2009.

This Enquirer article gives a lot more detail about the new tenants and says there are 3 restaurants vying for the space Max and Erma’s will be vacating due to the firm’s bankruptcy announcement last week. It appears that even in poor economic conditions, Jeff Anderson is replacing his failing tenants with lightning speed.
