    Great stage C. August. I think people must remember that the Leangains strategy does not mean paleo approach.
    The way in which I interpret Leangains is that it truly is for someone who is looking to get their body towards the next
    level. I believe it really is fair to say that someone who is overweight and
    searching to shed excess fat would have much success around the
    "paleo" method by restricting carbohydrate (considerably
    like Richard). This would not require calorie counting or
    worrying too much about macronutrient ratios.
