NPD: Copper in a baby stroller ends badly for suspected thief

According to Channel 12, David Henson, 22, was pushing a baby stroller Monday on Courtland Ave. when he saw a Norwood police officer.  Henson abandoned the stroller and started running away.  When the officer looked inside the stroller, he saw not a baby but, instead, cut pieces of copper.  Henson was arrested, but he is now free after posting a $2,000 bond.
