This is the photo of a Norwood teen forced by his mother to hold up a sign at a busy intersection admitting to the transgression of smoking cigarettes. Reportedly, she stood closeby and encouraged others to wave and take pictures. One passerby sent the photo to Channel 5. What do our readers think - did the punishment fit the crime?
