Wanted by the Enquirer: anyone who knew family of George Chakiris

Enquirer reporter John Kiesewetter wants to talk to anyone who knew the family of Norwood native George Chakiris, who won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the 1961 musical “Westside Story.” He was born in 1934 in Norwood to Greek immigrants Steven and Zoe (nee Anastasiadou) Chakiris. Here’s a list of his siblings:

Sisters: Virgina, Catherine, Viola, and Athena
Brothers : Harry and Steve, Jr.
