Just in: H1N1 Flu Clinic next Tuesday open to all

Health Commissioner Pam Walker-Bauer just sent us the following announcement:

We are beginning to schedule for an H1N1 clinic at the Norwood Health Dept at 2059 Sherman Ave. next Tuesday, December 22, 2009 for ANYONE who would like to be vaccinated. The clinic will be from 3:30-7:00 p.m. Individuals must call 458-4600 to schedule an appointment; No walk-in appointments. We also encourage everyone to visit our website at www.norwoodhealth.org and complete this H1N1 Consent for Vaccination prior to their visit to reduce wait time.
